Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in an “order confirmation status”. Your order is then processed and shipped.
The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “order confirmation status”. You must contact our customer service team on 03 9555 2966 or at sales@carbitool.com.au.
Once your order enters the shipping process we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can however return your items within 21 Days.
We have taken every possible security measure to ensure you can shop online with complete confidence on our site. We only accept payment through the secure NAB Payment Gateway and PayPal.
Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of purchase; 21 days starts from the date of purchase to when it’s received back to our warehouse

Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

We offer free standard shipping (3-6 Business Days) on orders over $90.
For orders under $90 within Victoria we offer $10 (ex GST) standard delivery (3-6 Business Days) and $15 (ex GST) express (1-2 Business Days) which can be chosen at checkout.
For orders under $90 to all other states we offer $12.50 (ex GST) standard delivery (3-6 Business Days) and $17.50 (ex GST) express (1-2 Business Days) which can be chosen at checkout.
NEW ZEALAND
We offer International Shipping to New Zealand which can be chosen at checkout, $15 (ex GST) for International Standard delivery (7-12 Business Days) and $27 (ex GST) for International Express delivery (5-8 Business Days)
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is available from our Moorabbin Head Office at 12 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin, 3189.
Order before midday for same day collection after 2pm. Orders placed after midday will be available for collection from 9am the next day.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days via Australia Post, however during peak times such as Christmas and New Years, or during promotions, this may take slightly longer. Delivery times will also vary depending on your location and whether you choose Standard or Express Shipping at checkout.
